Anyone have a good Mac & Cheese Recipe they are willing to share?

Need one for this weekend.  Need to make a full pan of it, enough for about 75 people..

Yeah, the one Dean posted here...I believe it was Patty LaBelle's or something like that...is a good one, and it's the one I based my version off of.
