I sometimes use this to marinade my pork butt , something different

Ω Vidalia onion, chopped
7 (or MORE!) cloves of garlic, chopped
Ω cup orange juice
º cup Key Lime juice
º cup lemon juice
Ω tsp Mexican oregano
Ω tsp cumin
º tsp kosher salt
º cup olive oil
º cup water

Place the onions, garlic, juices and water into a blender; liquify. Add the remaining dry ingredients and process for another minute. Sniff and enjoy  Makes approximately 2 cups. This could also make a good 'basting' sauce for fish, pork and chicken.
