Hey all, I just cooked up some fantastic Maple Bacon Onion Burgers for the family. Didn't get a chance to get any pictures, but WOW did they come out great.
I used 96% lean ground sirloin, DDog's Maple Rub, Bread Crumbs, 2 eggs, BBQ sauce and a package of Onion Soup Mix. I mixed them all togther and put them on the grill. Cooked them up and threw some bacon and cheese on them and let me tell you, they didn't last too long around here.
Next time I will have to get some photos of them, they were great sized and that Maple Rub of DDog's just adds some incredible flavor to them.
Try it out and let me know your thoughts.. ;)

Awesome idea. I have got to try that on a meatloaf. I have been meaning to do one on the smoker. I will try this and let you know what happens. I will make a slight modification thou, I will use maple bacon instead of the rub.
