i ran across this Chris Lilly's Pork Butt injection recipe.
3/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar (I use dark brown)
1/4 cup salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
Heat gently just enough to dissolve the sugar and salt. Inject. Apply rub and cook.
this isn't per butt is it or is it lol i know he uses big butts just curious
