 Cheesy ddog, any recipe that calls for using ranch dressing mix, I'm in for, I love that stuff.  Everything goes great with Ranch  Wink

I'm always cooking chicken, specifically Beer Can Chicken, so I will certainly try this recipe next time.

Let me know if you like it. I used this rub on my chicken at the AZBBQA hoof and foot contest and took 4th place out of 14 teams. Not to bad. I tasted the chicken before I added sauce to it and it tasted good enough to eat right there!! Grin Grin

This rub sounds good. I am making chick'in this weekend to break in a lil cooker. Will have to let you know how it turns out..

I can't believe I'm giving up my secret..........

Try 50% maple mixed with 50% apple. It's awesome, and did well for me at the Saddle Sore event.
