I just peekd at your website, and saw cranberry chipotle jelly. Someone from work just got some from a cafe on McDowell, and I was amazed. The fruit and chipotle thing just doesn't sound right. Great! Are you selling commercial? Could that have been your stuff? The gals at work were saying "just the right amount of kick", and I thought, "Pretty mild, could use more bite...". But then again, I put Mrs Renfro's Hab salsa on nearly everything.
Hokay. Enough for me tonight. I'm running rampant on 3 or 4 Q forums right now. I've gotta go to bed so I can clean up my back yard and mess with Eileen again. I tightened her legs, so she's slightly less wobbly than a newborn colt now.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
