I rubbed the pork picnic I did yesterday with the Chipotle Cremosa. It was pretty good, just wish I had been able to smoke it.

Thanks you two!  I tried to post pics, but haven't figured it out yet. lol I was trying to copy and paste my pics here but I think I need to go a different route.  :)

I AM humble....there are so many talented smokers here, thank you for letting me sit in.  :)

The easiest way to post pictures is open a free photobucket account.  http://photobucket.com/. Once you have uploaded your photos to photobucket, move your cursor over the picture, a dropdown box will appear, go to the IMG code and copy it. In the body of your post, paste it, and the next time someone opens the post, the picture will appear. Sounds like a pane in the butt, but after you've done it, it's pretty easy.
