Handmade ground half lb beef patties, topped with sharp cheddar cheese, wrapped in a bacon weave.

Then add hot dogs as the heads, legs and tail.

Next step?

Smoke em!

A little crispy, not too crunchy...just how a turtle should be...

Dumb questions here...but is there a special way to weave the bacon?

Dan, there is a thread on here somewhere that shows a step by step, look around in recipes, etc.  I am sure you will find it.  I think it was Alexa that did the pics and descriptions.
