Ah, I love a good Beer Braut..
I typically slice up a few onions, put them in a pot of boiling beer along with my Brauts, let them boil for about 15 - 20 minutes, then brown them up on the grill.
I love the way they come out and taste, but I have also been to Germany many times and I have to say, I love the way they cook up the different brauts there. German food rocks....
