Well, this was a good week for me on my small 49er Keg-A-Que.

On Wednesday, we cooked up some juicy steaks on it.  I marinated them in my unique mixture of soy sauce (Yes, Soy Sauce), steak seasoning, Jalepanoes and garlic for about a half hour, then once the grill was hot enough, I put them on, 3 minutes on each side, then repeat.  At 6 minutes per side, I pulled off my medium rare ones and left on my wife's to get well done, I butterflyed them so that they cooked all the way though, but did not overcook on the outer edges.

They all came out fantastic, and everyone was very satisfied with them.

On Thursday evening, we cooked up some very tender Pork Chops on the grill.  I first marinated them in another unique mixture of teriyaki sauce , garlic, lemon pepper and pecan spices.  Again, once the grill got hot enough, I put them on, but this time, just for 3 minutes per side.  They were some of the juiciest pork chops I have ever had.  Tomorrow is Chili Dog night on the grill, so that should be another great meal.

Bear, I'm still waiting to try out some of your recipes, especially the slaw one...

So, what have you cooked lately???

I cooked some ribeyes last night with just a little hawaiian salt, nori, and pepper. Just grilled them medium rare and served with some yukon gold taters and sauted zucchini
