Quiggs, this one was easy schmeasy...
1 hour for the first boil and 10 minutes for the next.  I almost felt as if I was disappointing my guests as I was not at the cooker for the complimentary minumum of 6 to 14 hours.  It felt pretty good though to just cook it, throw it on the table and throw down on it.  No fancy knives, or cooking to certain temps.  For once, it was a great change!

I tell you though, then I look at the pics from our other bbq family on this thread and I am sorry i didn't smoke something.  That food looks look AWESOME.
