Well, three pork butts, anyway.  24 pounds total, cooked on my BDS, at 275.



After 4 1/2 hours, ready to wrap:



After 8 1/2 hours -- Done.



14 pounds of goodness.

I did get a great, chewy bark on the butts.  Tasted real good, smoked with pecan wood.  Love that smoker, Mark.
