threw this on at 4:30 this morning 10 pounds of delicousness!


about 5 hours into the cook.


finished in just under 10 hours. then let it rest for about a hour.


all pulled... so good I had to munch a little during the pulling process.  ;D


after it was all pulled I snuck a early sandwich in




so glad I bought some of d-dogs rub at the chandler event. apple and pork are the perfect combo.  used a combo of pecan and apple wood for the smoke
