Best chicken to date.  Cheated a bit and used the Weber Performer, but kept within the low-n-slow temp range and used standard smoke/sauce regimen.

The 'cheat' comes in a bit more direct heat than normal, not enough to crisp up the skin really nicely though...Tasted awesome, this cook was really to tweak the marinade and sauce so it was perfect for the purpose.
