Looks like a good hot feast.  How long did you BBQ the stuffed peppers.  Looks like I'll be doing them for some friends this weekend. Thanks for the tip.

Roughly 45 min..give or take a few..You start to smell the peppers..you can stuff with chorizo, egg, cheese, beef, pork or any combo there of..

Another way I might be inclined to try next time is to open the poblano longways, clean, stuff and and close...after roasting open and top with cheese and fried egg over easy..
