Tonight we cooked up some stuffed Bell Peppers, Bacon and Asparagus on the grill.

We first cooked up the ground beef mixture on the stove, added a package of Onion Soup mix, some taco seasoning, garlic (Of Course) and some soy sauce.  Once this was cooked up, we stuffed the peppers and put them on the grill.

We were already grilling up some bacon.  Once it gets crispy enough, we remove the bacon, leaving just the grease.  We then add in the asparagus that has been soaking in soy sauce for about 20 minutes.  We then added back on the back on top of the everything and closed the lid.  We let this cook for about 20 minutes and here is the end result.

It certainly was a tasty change from the pork and briskett, but it was really good.

So, what did you cook lately??
