After a week in the brine and 8 hrs of smoke it came out the best smoked ham ever  8)

That looks so good I clicked on the pic to make it bigger than zoomed in!! Awesome.
On a side, yet related, note. I saw an ad for Rancho Grande I think that had whole pork leg for $0.99/lb.  I'm not sure if it's the front or back leg but if it's the back it's a ham right?  I've wanted to do a ham for a long time now.  Maybe this is my chance.  :P

Tbone, yes the rear leg is a ham. the front is a Boston butt or picnic
