Maybe due to a little extra effort, maybe the blind squirrel effect, but today I cooked my best ribs in many tries..They were Fry's processed/enhanced/previously frozen St. Louis ribs, but they were pretty meaty, more so at the large end. I had 2 stackers in the ProQ, a chunk of cherry and the leftovers from last weekends brush with beef back ribs and short ribs..
These ribs could have been a bit more tender, but I got a perfect bite off of the first rib I ate, and they tasted just fine!
I D 10 T error--turned the rib the wrong way! Goober!
I am full and happy...Mrs. K ate ribs tonight too! That's a breakthrough! And on top of all that, Tiara ate a couple of bites of the skirt I trimmed off!
