Oh yea, the game might not have had the results we were hoping for at the ASU vs. Oregon game this past Saturday night, but the Tailgate was "Smokin"....
We started out cooking some fantastic Beer Brats at about 1 pm. They were tasty, we cooked up about 100 of them.
Then we cooked up some Cajun Shrimp and boy was that tasty...
Next we smoked up some Pulled Pork and made Pulled Pork sandwiches out of them and they were simply outstanding. Very juicy, tender and tasty...Just the right amount of spices.
Lastly, we cooked up some Beer Can up the Butt Chicken and if you have never had this, you are seriously missing some good chicken. We pulled it also and made pulled chicken sandwiches and like I said, they were fantastic.
We will post some pictures later today or tomorrow of all the food, but it was tasty and everyone raved about it.
