Finally got around to doing another round of Pulled Pork, we had people over for the football games yesterday.
My buddy and I both did pulled pork - he used an Oklahoma Joe and I used my UDS, pork overload!!
I did a regular simple Apple Juice/Apple Cider Vinegar and Brown Sugar injection in one and a "Hot" injection in the other. The hot consisted of apple cider vinegar that had been used by a friend to make "Fire Stick" pickles using 1 Ghost and 14 Habanero peppers that were chopped and dropped in the jar allowing the pickles to soak for 45 days. I took 2 cups of said vinegar mixed it with 1/2 cup apple juice and 1/4 cup of home made spicy BBQ sauce. Damn was this good.
