Prime Rib dinner tonight

Did a horseradish/olive oil/pepper based crusted 5lb prime rib tonight in the WSM, rocked it at 350 for a few hrs. Forgot done pics, went too fast, sorry. Didn't use any wood, just the taste of open fire. Threw together some mashed sweet potates w/ marshmallows.  It was fantastic!
