OK, I forgot to take pictures I was so busy enjoying those steaks.  They were fantastic.  We cooked up 5 of the steaks, Baked Potatoes and Corn on the Cobb and it was great.  The steaks were some of the best I have had in recent memory.

I heated the grill up to high and then put the steaks on.  I seared them for 3 minutes, then turned them 90 degrees, then another 3 minutes.  Then I flipped them and repeated the process.  After that, I took off the rarer ones and did one more turn for the medium well ones.

Everyone comment on how great they were.  Bear, thanks again for letting us know about this fantastic deal.

Another question though.  How long can we freeze these steaks?  If we purchased a bunch of them now for our end of August Guys Camping Trip, would they last?  At this price and this quality, it sure makes sense to stock up on them.

Great call...  :o
