Pork rib Brisket bone score

Found some pork brisket bones at Wally world tonight, decided to spike my new rub and try it out.










I cut one in half, and there was another hunk the size of a large pork loin sandwich. Big ones are amazingly meaty. Very yummy. I have lunch for a couple days...
