Title: Picked up a 16.9 lb Brisket

Folks I just picked up the biggest Brisket I have ever seen from French's Meat Market. Will have to buy a wide angle camera to take a Pic for you.
Plan on Smokin the Labor Day wkend.

Nice.  Careful with those big ones though, They take forever to cook..
