When the price is right on chuck roast, you bet. Smoke it and scrap it. Great for sandwiches. ;D

Wow. Image deleted. Looked so good, they took it off!
Here's mine. Pecan also. I don't think any apple wood made it in this batch.

Purty darned good. Maybe a bit dry now. Foiling for last 1/4 of cook, probably...
