Yum!!!  Smoked meatloaf.  And that smoked pepper will give it a nice kick. >:D  What kind of wood are you using?

Now basted with BBQ sauce...not in these pics...Small one no habbies, basted w/Grady's Mild BBQ, the Habanero infused loaf basted w/Tracy's BBQPHX sauce.

Four hours...I wouldn't have thought...

Leave it to Kitch to crown a meatloaf with a habanero! That looks terrific. I still have never cooked one in a smoker. My family won't eat them, leaving my house a meatloaf-free zone. :'(
