Some pics...decent ring (better than the pic shows), very good taste! Used a new rub (tyring my own lately, but I came across this and it worked GREAT!) ABT's were as tasty as ever...used chive cream cheese and cheddar. Also used NO water in the WSM for the first time, just foiled the pan, and i'm gonna keep it that way. Found it easier to get up to temp, and no prob to maintain,didn't use as much fuel. I think bacon was crispier and the bark was better on the ribs w/o the water. I was real cautious, but decided to pee into the wind and see what happened. Anyhow, got me some din din!
