I'm sure some of you know already that Trailhound Smokers is having a ONE BIG ASS BBQ at our house this Sunday.

We now have 120 people RSVP for our party.  :o  :o

The menu is as follows:  ;D  ;D

70lbs. Whole Hog
40lbs. of chicken legs
22 racks of ribs
7 Briskets
6 Pork Butts
Backed Beans
Potato Salad
Coleslaw

Cooking starts at 1:00am Sunday Morning

A lot of leftovers going home with the people also going to needy family with in our church. Also 90% of the people are construction workers they eat a lot if you know what I mean

Some 94-96 pepole showed up had a awesome time.
I have so many to thank for all the help they did.
my two sons my wife and Christy, Nelson, Don & Jordan.
We fix so much meat I was sure we was going to have a ton left over.
24 racks of ribs
5 briskets
4 pork buts
40lbs. of chicken
80lbs. whole hog

we have one half size pan of pig left.

Wow!  That pig looks freaking perfect.  Timm, looks like the Martins threw one heck of a BBQ.  I'm glad to hear the food turned out great and that it went so well.
