 Well, the chicken had good color and tenderness. It was moist. But the recipe was not so...well it was....lets just say, I can't share it at this point.
 But here are some pics of the bird. Served it up with mexican rice and corn with green chile.

 The mop had some liquid stuff and some solid stuff in it. I cooked it for bout 4 hours at 225. Couldn't get the temp up to 300 like I wanted with the outside temps and the wind yesterday.

Wow, Bear, that chicken looks fantastic!  If you turned those in for a leg quarters competition I'd be scoring those a 9 for appearance.  Just to be fair, I think you should send a few of those down to the valley so we can complete the scoring for taste and tenderness.

I agree, pack them up and ship them down.  We'll give them a fair shake. Vince is right though, 9 for Appearance...
