I am prepping this morning for a long day in the shop and keeping this pickle experimenting going.

I have to say these were amazing! The flavor of the pickle and the hardwood smoked bacon was mellow mixed with the cheddar brat and cheese flavor. The yardbird was good but the bovine bold was spectacular!

I think you should try these! Now what do i call them?

You might be on to something...now all you need is a cool name for them.  If you bring them out to a comp and cook them up at around 1AMish on Saturday...guaranteed they are going to be devoured.

On the weaved roll, is that really small bacon or an absolutely giant pickle?

Looks great!  Can't wait to try em!

Really tiny weave. Its split and halved to make a mini bacon weave. The pickle was actually kinda small. These were the last few in the jar. I will be doing this one again! I think this will be the signature competition late-night meal! I have this on another forum with a name poll and right now, "Piggles" is leading by a large margin!
