I made some more Sunday night with burgers for the wife to try & this is what the wife had to say on her facebook page about them... "Okay . . . Brian made another batch of these tonight. They are absolutely wonderful! OMG! I was dreading trying one but they are freaking awesome!"

I had given a round to the neighbors to try on Thurs with the first round to try then they went out of town (I don't think the pickles had anything to do with it) so I wasnt able to ask how they liked them. The neighbor actually came over when he got back and said "OMG Those are great!" So I made sure to give him another round last night.

Looks like "Piggles" is going to be the name!

I'm trying a few variations of this recipe this weekend at a comp. I plan to sub BBQ sauce instead of the rub to cut out some salt, and I plan to try a few different stuffing's to include cream cheese.

Will this be your Anything Butt entry?   Serve with Jello Shots and you have "Piggles and Wiggles!"

I spritzed with apple juice and set over night then lightly sprinkled some yardbird rub over when on the grill. Once the bacon was crisp, drizzled in some sweet bbq sauce and served. These were the best yet! No pics cause it was super dark at the comp this weekend, I was drunk, and all I had was my cell phone. lol!

It went really well! I wasn't able to make the second batch due to scheduling and such but I still have them for the 4rth weekend at Lake Placid.

The first batch of the originals with the new adaptation went over very well and I would say were the best "PIGGLES" yet!
