I met a fellow Realtor at TGI Friday's today for lunch, and I guess it has been a while since we cooked up some "Good" BBQ, as I broke and ordered their Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich. Here is their description of it...

When we had just cleaned out our condo to go on the market we went on vacation and a family thanksgiving visit to phoenix/vegas. When we got back home I was seething for some ribs. Well my buddy i gave my smoker to was in Ohio. I boke down and tried Alton Brown's brasied ribs. I rubbed them and put them in foil with some apple cider and cooked in the oven at 225. long story short....grey, flat, flavorless ribs. I ate them anyway. What I should have done at that point was clean off the bone toss in a pot with some broth, ginger, garlic, scallion, soy, sesame oil and put over some udon noodles. Oh well. I learned to embrace the community gasser and just us3e cuts that are direct grilling friendly.
