Probably the first chicken I've ever done that I was completely happy with. So much so, I'm writing it all down. Strange for me, I love to tweak things. Doesn't mean I won't continue to experiment, but I'll always have this one to go back to.

Mighty fine looking chicken there indeed.  Smoking those legs and thighs is the only way to go!!  Everyone wants the chicken breast, but in my opinion, the legs and thighs are by FAR the best part of the chicken.  That is next to the oyster on the back..... Unfortunaltley they don't sell those by the pound.......
