Title: First Time Prime Rib
Post by: Harpo on April 27, 2012, 09:49:05 pm
Tonight cooked Prime Rib for the first time. Cooked on Treager for a little over 3 hours. It was right at 8 lbs and pulled at 131 and let rest for 30 minutes. Best I have ever had.

I used Fast Eddies Hickory along with the Amazin Pellet Smoker. Just the right amount of smoke. Company was blown away buy the taste. I made a paste of salt, pepper and some of my brisket rub that I coated it in for the cook.
