First time cooking chicken and a fattie in the UDS

Here are some photos of my first attempt at cooking chicken and a fattie on the UDS. I stuffed the fattie with sauted onions and green chili, the chicken was rubbed with a cajun rub and the sauce is a homemade orange flavored sauce.  Turned out okay, but I have a long way to go.
