Title: first attempt at beef ribs

These didn't have alot of meat on them, but they still came out alright.

Lookin good from here!  Hard ta find em with real meat on them bones, they usually sell ya bones an a bit a stew meat!  Hopin when the butcher shop gets rebuilt they will have nice meaty ones.
