This is a day for a fine Rhine wine, something along the lines of a German Moselle. But, I just have to wait a bite, so I can get to the party. ;D ;D

WOW, that looks amazing.  Would love to see some pictures of it sliced as well.

Here you go Mike. This is what's left. The Chris Marks class on smoking turkeys was worth it's weight in gold. I took this picture about 30 minutes ago, and you can still see the how moist it is.
