Easter Pork Loin

Cooked a Costco pork loin for Easter Dinner. @2.29 lb. Mustard. rub and smoke to 155 degrees. WSM at 230 with apple and hickory chunks. Wrapped,rested then sliced and made a brown sauce from the drippings.
Very nice.
