I got up really early and smoked a ham for Easter Sunday.  This was the first time I have done anything like this and it turned out pretty good.  And yes, I have pictures to prove it!!  :angel:

I just used mustard on the outside to hold the rub on.  Smoked it with apple and cherry wood at 245 for about 2.5 hours.  Then put in a half pan to smoke another 45 minutes with a mixture of brown sugar and ginger ale poured over the top.  It was pretty dang good for a first run and we had no complaints.....or leftovers!
