Looks great and you are right, love those UDS. Cheap, easy to make and turns out some good BBQ.

I love smoked ham...we do those somewhat often around here. I love to save some and cook it up like Canadian bacon for breakfast!!

And yep the UDS is quick/pretty easy/and fun.

Turned out really good. Kinda sweet, sour and peppery combination.
