I smoked six racks of BB yesterday with Apple rub on three and Maple on the other three.Darin they were awesome,i think the Apple is my new favorite.This was the first time i have eaten a whole rack in a long time.There was only one rack left from four adults and one five year old, my wife only had four bones. Now i have to decide on what to use for competition

Wish we were up there cooking as well.  One of these year's we hope to do some more road trips..
