Costco Prime Brisket

I borrowed a Costco card, bought a small brisket--11.5 lbs @ $2.70ish. 10 hours at 250° average got it to internal 208°. S & P only for rub. Amazing. Best brisket I've cooked.
Hak's Chipotle-Bourbon BBQ sauce is fantastic on it.
