Cooking Withdraws

Not smoking anything since the Sam's Club event here I broke down yesterday and smoked a brisket flat and Tri Tip.
The first pic is the brisket when ready to wrap at 160, second is brisket sliced and the last is the tri tip sliced. I'm just glad I can cook better than I take pictures. The tri tip is blurry but you can see I got it medium rare which I wanted.
