Marty, I just got back from Japan in Dec...I still have the fork I borrowed from you at Scottsdale will return it at havasu....

Good call on the "oven" brisket(11lbs), I was pressed for time I smoked it for two hours then power cooked it for 3 hours turned out really good
the coloring is not quite that red but is from the paprika and Chili powder in my rub
