hello and salutations- all that jazz, it has been forever since I even looked on here, I had to move back to Las Vegas ( ew). but I finally decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and put my dad's smoker to the runthrough. got a chunk O'Pork, rubbed in and am smoking it tomorrow, with a small break from manning the flames to get in a round of frisbee golf, then feedingthe foursome with the fruits of the smoker's labors!
as soon as I can figure out how to post the pictures from my ipad ( computer died) I will post im. as it is now, all rubbed and wrapped like a meaty present, I can't wait for tomorrow, using some oak, hickory and mesquite. ( I miss my citrus and pecan from AZ terribly)
