I just bought a branding iron from Huntington Customs, and I am having a hell of a time getting it hot enough to make a descent brand. What do you use to get her hot enough???

Well your right coals this is Pecan/charcoal wood combo that I used and brand it before you start. I suggest not pressing down very hard let the hot brand do it's work.
I had it made by a black smith in Tucson.
