summer catering pics

thought i would share a couple of pics from this last summers catering.
the pulled pork was for our local super walmart summer picnik for 400 and the pig was from a wedding we did for 300 people

That really is some nice looing work you have there. Just curious how much meat do you figure per person when you cater?

That really is some nice looing work you have there. Just curious how much meat do you figure per person when you cater?

i usually figure 1/3 pound sands with pulled pork.
when we did the hog we also put on 2 cases of boston butts to fill in the rest

I downloaded an excel worksheet from another site (forgot which one), but iseems pretty helpful. I haven't used for catering but have used it for a couple of parties I have had and it seemed to work pretty well. Send me your e-mail and I will forward it to you.
