decided to practice on brisket this morning...smoked with pecan wood for about 8 hrs. Best one yet

I think pecan and brisket are perfect together. Nice job! Have you tried it in the UDS yet. Might actually get better!

Did you cook it in the foil pan for the entire cook?
yes..I like smoking in foil pans, keeps all the juices for later
