I just put on a pork butt for me and a brisket for my neighbor, using a proQ with best of the west lump ( first time) and apple chips, I injected butt with pineapple juice, applecider vinegar, and worcesterhire, Plus rubbed and sat all night in fridge. I do not know what the neighbor rubbed on brisket. I also made a sweet pineapple bbq sauce for the pork. Only time will tell I guess
