Title: 2 Butts and a Brisket

Fri I was all set to go on the AZ Barbeque cruise. I'm able to get off work but the wife not looking so lucky. I know when some of you get to meet me your gonna think. "He eats when he's depressed". Nay Nay my friends. I COOK, then I have to eat it because it's just my wife and I. So to get over the major disappointment about the cruise. These went on a 4:00 This morning. Trying new rubs and mop I got from the BBQ Pit Boys. I will have some follow up pics tonight but this should get your mouth watering.

Looks great, hope to see some "After" pictures.

Bum deal about the cruise, we were looking forward to having you on there with us.

Should be a fun trip...
